September 16-18, 2011 Aikido Seminar
 
 
The Atlanta School of Aikido will be hosting an Aikido seminar with Mark Leidig 6th Dan, Chief instructor of the Austin (TX), College of Aikido and founder of the School of Inner Martial Arts.
 
Mark Leidig - Sensei
 
An accomplished martial artist specializing in internal styles, Mark was the senior Aikido student of Shizuo Imaizumi and has practiced Aikido for over 30 years, including 25 years as a Chief Instructor. Mark has also practiced Chinese martial arts for over 30 years.
 
Mark is currently a Professor of Kinesiology at Austin Community College, where he has taught Aikido, Tai Chi Chuan, Martial Arts Weapons and Conditioning and Target Archery for 18 years.
 
Past semianr topics have included: Putting more Ki in your Aikido, the Relationship of the Bokken and Jo to Aikido, the connection of Aikido to Chinese Martial Arts, and the oneness of Aikido.

          Classes will be:
                    Friday 7:30 - 9:00
                    Saturday 12:30 - 3:45
                    Sunday 12:30 - 2:30
 
 
Suggested Donation:
 
          $100 for the weekend if paid by September 3rd.
          Per Class:
                    Friday: $35
                    Saturday: $45
                    Sunday: $35
